Wormgear unit available as a motorised, motor ready or speed reducer unit with single reduction gear ratio range of 7.5:1 to 100:1 and up to 4000:1 as a double reduction unit.
Available as foot, flange and shaft mounted types with the option of plug-in output shaft.

  • One piece aluminium gear case on unit sizes JW30 to 60 and fine grain cast iron for unit sizes 75 and 86.

  • Location feet on three sides of the unit case for a wide range of mounting options.
  • Metric C-face motor B14 flanges for unit sizes 30 to 60 and D-flange B5 for unit sizes 75 and 86 as standard, 'C' face B14 also available.
  • Hollow output shaft with option of single or double extension plug-in output shafts.
  • Pre-machined location diameter and holes for fitting of an output flange, on both sides of the unit.
  • One piece aluminium gear case on unit sizes 30 to 60 and fine grain cast iron for unit sizes 75 and 86.
  • Speed reducer, motor ready and motorised units available for complete design flexibility.
  • High tolerance bearings fitted for maximum load capacity and long life.
