Acquisition Announcement: Sircatene S.P.A. joins the Webster-Renold Group
I am pleased to announce that Webster-Renold completed the acquisition of Sircatene S.P.A. on July 30 2026.
Based in Missaglia, Italy, Sircatene S.P.A. is one of the main chain manufacturers in Europe, offering a wide range of quality and reliable products, with exceptional customer service and innovative manufacturing technologies employed throughout.
The Sircatene business is aligned with our existing conveyor chain product offering. Its manufacturing capabilities will enable us to offer an enhanced service to our European customer base and expand our offering in Europe.
Sircatene is a recognized supplier of precision engineered conveyor chains. The acquisition represents a unique opportunity to develop and grow the Webster-Renold business through the addition of a number of customers and a team of highly skilled people. In addition, it continues to develop and drive a greater Webster-Renold presence in Southern Europe and improved service offering and capabilities with the facilities in Italy.
